Pizza with Sliced Rice Cakes

Ingredients: sliced rice cake 150g, mozzarella cheese 100g, vegetables (to your liking), ham 50g, corn 4ts, sauce (pizza sauce, ketchup, mustard), and cooking oil

Tool: knife, cutting board, pan, sifter

Recipe

  1. Wash sliced rice cakes and put them in the sifter.
  2. Measure and cut enough rice cake to cover the bottom of the pan.
  3. Prepare the vegetables.
  4. Chop the ham.
  5. Fry the vegetables and ham for 30 seconds. Then, remove.
  6. Place the rice cake in the bottom of the pan. (If needed, add some oil to prevent sticking.)
  7. Spread the prepared vegetables, ham, and corn over the top of the rice cake like a pizza.

8. Add mozzarella cheese.

9. Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 3 to 5 minutes or until the cheese melts.
